S/Sgt Roy Miller enlisted on 23 April 1943 in San Francisco, California.

A/C 195 was hit by flak near the IP with #3 engine on fire. As was the right wing and A/C left formation in a spin. It was seen to split up into two parts and blew up upon hitting the ground.

S/Sgt Miller was initially buried at Station cemtery Wesermunde-Geestermunde, grave 52.
