T/Sgt Arthur L. Lemieux graduated from Waterville High School and was a draftsman.He enlisted in Kennebec, Maine on 4 August 1942.
While under fighter attack, witnesses saw the aircraft explode and while going down, colliding with aircraft 42-3265. The entire crew was killed.
His body washed ashore at Pietersbierum, the Netherlands on 26 May 1944.
