Pfc Charles E. Stackhouse attended Lincoln High School and graduated from Altoona High School in 1937 and was a clerk.He enlisted at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland on 7 June 1944 and was sent overseas in November 1944.
Pfc Stackhouse served in Italy until the middle of February 1945.
He is remembered at the Alto Reste Burial Park in Altoona, Blair County, Pennsylvania.
