Sgt George J. Law Jr. enlisted in January 1942, and was sent overseas in January 1944.Sgt Law was wounded in Germany on 25 March 1945 and died three days later.
Sgt Law was awarded the Silver Star Medal for conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity in action against the enemy.
His brother, David Law, was reported missing in action in Burma on 29 March 1945. He is commemorated at Manila American Cemetery in the Philippines.
