More information

Pvt Wallace Wolosonovich enlisted on 22 November 1943 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

At the time of his dead, his unit was engaged in the fighting around Inden-Altdorf-Pier, Germany. Since it is not known when we was wounded and to where he was eventually evacuated, the exact place were he died is not known.

The picture shows the original grave with Josette-Henriette Ancart who adopted it after the war. This lady passed away on 3 July 2017 and the grave is now adopted by her grandson Maxime Andernack who is 17 years of age (2017).
