2nd Lt Alexander J. Staub graduated from New Brunswick High School and Rudgers College.He enlisted in May 1942 when he was working as an accountant for his uncle, Joseph Staub, in Detroit, Michigan. He received his commission at Camp Davis, North Carolina. He had been overseas since November 1944.
He died in Stalag IX-B.
