Pvt Harry A. Arpajian attended John Adams High School for one year and was employed at Kroehler Furniture Store.

He enlisted in Cleveland, Ohio on 10 December 1943.

Pvt Arpajian was manning an outpost of his company on the morning the Germans began their attack that became known as "The Battle of the Bulge". When the attack started, he ran back to the Company CP, warning the unit of what was happening. He was killed on his way to the CP.
