Sgt Harold A. Davidson joined the National Guard in Faribault, Minnesota on 6 January 1941. He trained at Camp Hahn, California and served for three years in Kodiak, Alaska. In 1944 he arrived in the States for a short training period, which was spent at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
