John R. Lynam Boothwyn High School.He enlisted in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 6 July 1942, and after training at Fort McClellan, Alabama, was sent to North Africa in November 1943. He also saw service in Sicily, and Italy.
He was inside a tank when he was killed.
