Pfc James S. McDougall attended high school for one year and was employed at the Grays Harbor Construction Company before he enlisted in Tacoma, Washington on 11 February 1943.He died of injuries to his cranium, face and neck in a hospital as a result of a truck accident. He was a passenger in the truck.
