Sgt Henry Kantor attended Utica Free Academy. He was employed by West End Brewing Company.

He enlisted on 28 January 1943 at Utica, New York. He was sent overseas in July 1944.
The airplane was hit by flak over the target and probably attacked by enemy fighters. All nine crew members were able to bail out. According to a crew member, Sgt Kantor escaped capture in the darkness at the moment that two civilians captured him. It is unclair wat happened to him.
