T/5 Donald W. Coe enlisted in Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indiana on 22 March 1943.He attended high school for 3 years and was a saleman, to consumers before he enlisted. T/5 Coe died of a head wound after mishandling of a firearm.
He was first buried at Temporary American Military Cemetery Champigneul, France.
