Pfc Robert V. Bagley graduated from Healdsburgh High School.He enlisted in San Francisco, California on 23 February 1943.
Pfc Bagley was taken prisoner on 12 December 1944 and helt captive in Stalag IV-B. His death was due to a heart weakness. However, it is presumed that he died from the harsh treatment in the prison camp.
