"We saw aircraft 42-95028 go into a flat spin with the 1 engine out. The aircraft was under control, but it dropped back of the formation. One chute opened at this time. The plane continued to fall and the Navigator of our aircraft saw 4 chutes."Did not bailed out, was wounded in his leg.
