Prior to entering the service Pfc Raymond E. Vaught was an employe of the Sargent-Gerke Paint Company.He served in the Pacific from March to September 1942 and was sent to Europe in October 1944.
He was taken prisoner on 11 January 1945 and died at Stalag IV-B from pneumonia.
