Pvt Robert Miller attended the University of Nevada and was associated with his father in the Caliente Rapid Transfer Co.He enlisted at Fort Douglas, Utah and first served in the Army Air Corps. He was transferred to the infantry in June 1944. He was sent overseas in September 1944.
