Pfc Eugene H. Gallipeau enlisted in Rochester, New York on 17 December 1942.He attended Monroe High School and was employed as a skilled photographic processor at Eastman Kodal Company. He had earned the Purple Heart for wounds suffered at Bastogne in December. He also held a Presidential Unit Citation.
