Peter Kekseo attended college for one year and was a draftsman.

He joined the Air Corps of the Regular Army in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on 11 September 1941.

The airplane was hit by flak and ditched in the estuary of Jadebusen, Germany.

Five crew members survived and were taken prisoner, five men were killed.

His brother John Kekseo was killed in action on 5 April 1945 and is buried at Manila American Cemetery, Philippines.
