Pvt Glen V. Whitmore attended high school for four years and was employed at the Cudahy Brothers Company before he enlisted. He arrived in France on 9 December 1944.He is remembered at the Hickory Grove Cemetery in Spring Prairie, Walworth County, Wisconsin.
