More information

Pfc Clarence J. Flynn graduated from Anaconda High School in 1933. He was a policemen at a federal correctional institution in Denver.

He enlisted at Fort Douglas, Utah on 22 March 1944 andwas sent overseas on 5 September 1944.

The picture was taken in 1933 right after graduating from high school. The other picture was taken the day before he entered the service. He is posing with his wife Catherine and their sons, from left to right: Jim, Pat and John. It's the last picture of the entire family together. The picture, the couple's wedding picture, was taken in 1937. The picture shows him with his sons and the other picture shows him in his uniform at West Point Military Academy. There are no records of him graduating from this academy, so maybe he attended just a short time.
