Pfc Harold W. White attended college for one year.He joined the U.S. Army Reserve Los Angeles, California on 1 December 1942.
He trained at Camp Joseph A. Robinson, Arkansas, Camp Carson, Colorado, Camp Hunter-Liggett, California and Camp Butner, North Carolina.
According to a newspaperclipping Pfc White was killed in an explosion which occurred while securing a hill.
