George Brayman attended Fosdick-Masten Park High School and was employed by General Tire Company.He enlisted on 18 January 1943 in Buffalo, New York.
He was killed by a gun shot in the back.
He was initially buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery Eisenach #1, Germany on 3 May 1945.
He was disinterred and first buried in a temporary grave at Margraten on 26 June 1945. He was again disinterred on 10 September 1948 and his remains were prepared and placed in a casket the same day. He was given his final resting place on 20 December 1948.
