T/Sgt Adlai B. Miller attended high school for two years and worked for the Southeastern Shipbuilding Corporation.He enlisted at Fort McPherson, Atlanta, Georgia on 18 November 1943.
In April 1944 he was reported wounded in action for a shot wound in the hip.
