1st Lt Ralph V. Guinzburg attended Fielston High School.

He enlisted in New York City on 15 January 1942.

The airplane was shot down by enemy aircraft. Lt Guinzburg was the only casualty. The other nine crew members were taken prisoner.

On one of the photos 1st Lt Guinzburg is receiving his Purple Heart Medal.
