2nd Lt Israel Levine was a foreman.

He enlisted in Sacramento, California on 4 June 1941.

The airplane collided with a Me 109 en went down on fire and exploded.

Four crew members were taken prisoner, six were killed. They were initially buried at the Catholic cemetery of Ostbevern on 14 and 16 October 1943.
