T/5 Robert B. Wise enlisted in Portland, Oregon on 18 February 1941.He attended high school for 4 years and worked in a filling Station before he enlisted. Formerly of Sioux City, Iowa, he came to Eugene, Oregon with his parents but a few months prior to his enlistment. He was married there to Lyda Brayton in October, 1941, and she came to Eugene to make her home with his parents at the time he went overseas in December 1942. "Berk" was a member served in Africa, Sicily, France, Belgium and Holland.
T/5 Robert B. Wise was first buried at Block E, Row 10, Grave 194.
