1st Lt Matthew A. Zack graduated from John Marshall High School. He was employed as an accountant and branch manager for the Keil Driveway Company.The airplane was shot down with a rocket by Feldwebel Mader in a BF-110G-2 of ZG 76/2. The airplane exploded in mid-air, killing the entire crew of ten men.
