Pvt Anthony S. Di Leo was a stockroom clerk before he enlisted on 19 April 1943 in Rochester, New York. He was sent overseas in December 1943, and was reported wounded in action on 11 June 1944. After recovering, re rejoined his unit.He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery of Foy, Belgium.
