T/Sgt Forrest W. Bever was a convicted buglar in 1934 in the Anamosa Prison, Jones County, Iowa.
In October 1944 he was wounded by artillery shell fragments in his forearm.
He was discharged from the hospital in December.
He was killed by artillery shell fragments in the buttock and hip.
