T/Sgt Earl Sutherland graduated from Provo High School.He trained at Fort Ord, Camp Adair and Camp Shelby before he was sent overseas in September 1944.
According to the Company Morning Report of 17 November he was declared Missing in Action since 8 November. On 25 November the Company Morning Report has an entry that his status was changed to Killed in Action on 10 November.
At that time the Company moved thru Saint Jure, France.
