Pvt Harold A. Cook was employed as a mechanic at employed at Keystone Silk Mill.He enlisted in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania on 16 March 1944. He was sent overseas in September 1944.
Pvt Cook was reported seriously wounded in action on 10 November 1944 and was evacuated to a hospital. At that moment his unit was engaged in a fighting one mile west of Luppy, France.
