Pfc Harry E. Bowes was orphaned in 1931 and became a ward of Mr. Arthur W. Taylor.He joined the Regular Army in Albany, New York on 22 August 1940.
Pfc Bowes was wounded on 30 January 1945 and died of his wounds on 4 February, 1945.
