Pvt Harold E. Peterman was employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad before he enlisted in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on 1 May 1943. He was sent overseas in December 1943.He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery of Molenhoek, the Netherlands on 28 September 1944.
