Pvt Jack Williams joined the army on 26 July 1943.He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery of Molenhoek on 21 September 1944. He was disinterred on 11 June 1948 and evacuated to Margraten on 15 August 1948 and buried in a temporary grave. After being disinterred and after the cemetery was given a permanent status he was given his final resting place on 20 December 1948.
