More information
Killed in Action December 18, 1944 during the battle of the Bulge.Personal message from his daughter: I am Judy Peterson, his only child. I was 1/2 years old when he was killed. He was missing in action for 4 years. He had back troubles but would not muster out as he was not sure how he was going to support his family. My mother had remarried when his remains were found and his parents had the say as to where he would be buried. I visited his grave in 2002.
