S/Sgt Kenneth W. Cameron worked in a machine shop.He volunteered for the Army of the United States at Camp Croft, South Carolina on 11 September 1942.
The airplane collided in mid-air with B-17 #42-30776. All crew members of both planes, twenty men in total were killed.
His is remembered at the Currie-Cameron Cemetery in Old Hundred, Scotland County, North Carolina.
