S/Sgt Clarence Mooneyham, Jr graduated from Central High School and Edmonton Business College. He was employed by the Federal Government on the Railroad Retirement Board.He joined the Air Corps of the U.S. Army Reserve in Chicago, Illinois on 9 September 1942.
The aircraft collided with B-17 #43-38958.
All crew members of both airplanes, seventeen in total, were killed.
