2nd Lt Raymond E. Mc Creary enlisted 30 October 1942, Los Angeles, California.
His plane was hit by heavy flak and left formation around the Antwerp region (Belgium). Raymond E. Mc Creary was badly injured when he jumped out, and did not receive any help from the Germans on the ground.
