T/5 George E. Mc Nulty, Jr graduated from South Pasadena High School in 1942. He attended college for one year.He joined the U.S. Army Reserve in Los Angeles, California on 1 December 1942.
He was wounded in action on 20 September 1944 and taken prisoner. He died in a German Hospital in Bedburg-Hau, Germany.
According to a German record, he was initially buried at the cemetery of Bedburg-Hau and disinterred by occupation forces on 19 March 1946.
