S/Sgt Lloyd G. Coleman attended college for one year and was a clerk general office before he volunteered for the Army of the United States at Fort Thomas Newport, Kentucky on 15 July 1942. He was sent overseas in October 1944.He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Grand Failly, France.
