S/Sgt Harold O. Harrison attended college for two years before he enlisted at Jacksonville Army Air Field, Florida on 26 June 1941.He died in a field hospital to the effects of artillery shell fragments received the previous day.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Limey, France.
