Pfc Donald A. Harvey attended the Vocational School in Milwaukee when he enlisted on 5April 1943. He arrived overseas on 19 November 1944.
His squad had just cleared the town of La Voivre, France from the enemy. He was killed by artillery shell fragments in the thorax and leg while digging a foxhole in the woods.
