S/Sgt Robert A. Bray attended high school for 4 years. He joined the Regular Army on 8 July 1940 at Fort Riley, Kansas.He was decapitated.
He was initially buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Foy, Belgium on 7 February 1945. On 2 September 1948, he was disinterred and his remains were prepared and placed in a transfer box on 14 September 1948. he was brought to Henri-Chapelle where he was given his final resting place on 3 January 1949.
