Pfc Leon T. Rose attended high school for three years and was employed at the motion picture industry as a projectionist connected with the local theaters before he enlisted at Fort McPherson, Georgia on 12 March 1942.He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Grand Failly, France.
