Pvt Andrew T. Loya worked on a farm before he enlisted at Fort Devens, Massachusetts on 20 May 1944. He was sent overseas in November 1944.He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Henri-Chapelle, Belgium.
His brother, Robert J. Loya, is buried next to him.
Also his brother Russell served during the war.
