Pfc Raymond E. Ruberg graduated from Elder High School in 1939 and attended Xavier University. He operated the Ruberg Amusement Company.

He enlisted at Fort Thomas Newport, Kentucky on 30 March 1944.

Pfc Ruberg died of wounds he received 9 January 1945. Also the exact location where he died is unknown.
