Pfc Lorenzo J. Davis graduated from Lewistown High School in 1942.

He volunteered for the Army of the United States in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on 10 June 1942.

Pfc Davis was killed by a gunshot wound in the left cheek and was initially buried in a temporary grave at Henri-Chapelle on 2 February 1945. He was given his final resting place on 21 August 1948.
