Pfc Ivan K. Kinsman graduated from Churdan High School in 1941 and worked on a farm.He enlisted on 7 December 1943 at Camp Dodge Herrold, Iowa. He trained at Camp Blanding, Florida, and was sent overseas in June 1944.
