T/Sgt Joseph R. Moore joined the National Guard in Richmond, Virginia on 3 February 1941.T/Sgt Moore was officially declared dead one day and one year after he was reported missing in action.
The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency announced that T/Sgt Joseph R. Moore, was accounted for on 20 December 2024. Further information will follow (information added February 2025).
