Pfc Kenneth W. Moxley graduated from Norwich High School in 1941 where he was active in athletcs and extra-curricular activities. He was in his second year at Syracuse University when he joined the US Army Reserve in Binghamton, New York on 5 September 1942. he was sent overseas in July 1944.
